Shrinks the size of the bootsector code while providing more functionality (able to now boot 360/720k diskettes).
Also tidies up comments to at&t syntax, adds a few new comments. Untested atm, but the only thing I've done since 2.3.41 is sync it up with the other changes in arch/i386/boot.
