Hi Alan,
with the ethernet frame diverter in 2.2.18, netdevice.h breaks compilation of user space progs because of an include of <net/divert.h>. The following one-liner patch fixes it.
BTW, in the 2.2.18pre14 main Makefile, the "CC = " statement should be replaced with "CC := ". On my box, the kwhich script was called 124 times !
