Is it possible to change the registration order of SCSI hosts as you are able to do it with motherboards having onboard SCSI chips, where you can select onboard SCSI before/after PCI SCSI host(s) in CMOS setup.
Didn't find something in the doc and the source (scsi_register() and friends).
If no: is somebody already coding this?
Reason: i don't like to boot single user and change my /etc/fstab and reboot again after i plug/unplug a disk to/from my on board SCSI host on the ASUS P2B-DS.
