Um.. what do you mean by that? These services that VAX/VMS provides are in
the the layer between the VMS kernel itself and the user space
applications. I happen to think it's the dog's bollocks, the greatest
secure operating system on this small planet.

Maybe I'll have taking Linux and implementing LinuxVMS on top. =)
