Subject[FIX] : LVM 0.8

Hi Heinz,

the latest LVM 0.8 patch doesn't link because the function lvm_init is
declared static inside drivers/block/lvm.c, and is referenced in
drivers/block/ll_rw_blk.c.

Simply removing the "static" keyword around line 362 in lvm.c is enough
to make it compile happily.
