There must be little interest in knowing about 2.0.38 bugs, but some people might still be running 2.0.x series and not willing to upgrade to 2.2.x.
So, here's another problem I just had (after a SCSI timeout on a bus wrt CD-ROM read and a general bus reset had occured, say, 20 minutes ago; wwwoffle has its cache on a SCSI disk connected to another card though):

This occurred during the reload of a cached page from a remote browser. The two errors happened consecutively.
The machine on which this is occurring is a server. It's important that it be stable. I'm going to try moving to 2.2.13 tomorrow.
