Both termination & info about it should be thread relevant itself
but common 'sigkilling/try catch' could be applied as well.

AFAIK you won't get action from any process over kernel
threads.

Maybe you could explain the exact domain concerned as
in many cases you'd get lost in synchronisation using
those controls.
