I getting ext2 corruption each time with 2.3.20, later ones crash with a
few "VM: killing process modprobe", followed by "VM: killing process init"
shortly after boot. This is on i686 (P2), gcc-2.95.2, binutils-2.9.5.0.16.
An i585 (P), gcc-2.95.1, binutils-2.9.5.0.7 show no problems.
