../linux/Documentation/Changes shows locations for binutils that don't exist. Both tsx-11.mit.edu and metalab.unc.ecu do not have any such distributions in their respective directories.
So, pray tell, where do I get the latest version of GAS? Yes, I know the joke about waiting until after lunch.
