Hi,
I've another dumb question that perhaps someone can answer, when I mount an NFS dir over TCP from a Sun server, I can read happily for about 6 mins (timing from syslog), and then the socket gets a state change, the client goes into CLOSE_WAIT and the solaris server side goes into FIN_WAIT_2,
So question is does anyone know what is the cause of this, the current RPC code does not do a reconnect, but I'm wondering before I go in and fix it whether this happening is proper and I should reconnect or whether the socket close is the bug ..
Thanks, Dave.
