These patches are against 2.2.0-pre3.
ad1848.c: add back 2 lines that disappeared sometime after 2.1.131 so CS4231 gets detected as CS4231 and not CS4248 opl3sa2.c: report unknown chipset, but go ahead and act like its an opl3sax. (Works for whatever flavor opl3sa I've got)
