SubjectKernel error. Please give me some ideas.

We have a machine which for some reason decides to die a slow and painful
death at least once a week. It's strange because the machine is not under
any type of serious load, and it starts to slow down and die over time,
and doesn't give any indication in its see-able output.

This last time, this was on the console:

Aiee: scheduling in interrupt 001246b5

Any ideas would be helpful. It's currently running 2.0.35. 64megs
of ram, P120 processor.

Thanks
-jeremy
