Subject[docPATCH] sysctl documentation update (again!)
Hi Linus,

after having this patch rejected once (offending piece
is removed now!) and forgotten about several more times,
I'll just resend it again...

This patch updates the documentation in Documentation/sysctl/
to reflect current conditions in /proc/sys/*.

Please apply this patch into the next kernel version. (btw,
how do I correctly patch from a non-existing file to a new
file? the workaround for now is to touch a .orig file, but
that might cause problems for people using the patch...)

Rik.
