I've got one of these, but even after setting all concurrency options off, it still crashes. Even under DOS...
So I just decided to set all concurrency options to ON and just not use two DMA channels at the same time. I'll probably either get an IDE floppy or a PCI soundcard. OTOH, I hardly ever use floppy, so it's basically a non-issue to me.
