Subjectupdated patch for 2.1.122 UMSDOS
This patch makes some improvements in locking and completes the removal
of the old inode-centric code. All of the inode initialization is now
done after a dentry is available to provide the parent information.

I also fixed a few more pseudo-root problems (hopefully; I don't have a
test setup for pseudo-root.)

UMSDOS now passes almost all of the utstgen tests, failing only on a
test for removing the `.' directory and renaming with the sticky bit
set. Interestingly, ext2 fails these tests as well, so I suspect either
the test suite is too picky or it's a dentry-specific difference.

I found one more problem in the msdos-fs rename code (a missing transfer
of the i_nlink value), and will post an updated patch for that as well.
