Subjectkernel crash
This is a typical error that I have been receiving in kernels 2.0.30,33, and
34pre15. Sometimes it also happens on an httpsd process. Sometimes it
continues after this with no problems, but many times the whole machine crashes.
Error follows:

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

The machine is running Slackware 3.4 with libc 5.4.44. The HD controller is a
2940UW bios 1.32.
