I have just tried to install Slackware 3.1 via network, and it won't work.
I created the bootdisk and rootdisk, and then set up the machine on the network using ifconfig and route.
I then tried this :
mount -t nfs xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:/slackware /mnt
and then it just said this and just hung :
NFS server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx not responding, still trying.
The NFS server is set up properly. i know this because I can nfs mount it from other machines on the same network.
Please Help me.
Cheers Mofeed.
