I did not try it with any NFS-related patchs, so the problem *may* have been fixed already, but still. Knfsd tries to serve nfs over tcp connections, and when one comes in, I see this in the syslog:

and the client does not see the directory. I know that the fix is to use "proto=udp" on the client side, but it is not always possible. I think that "nfs over tcp" option of knfsd should be disabled by default (if it cannot be fixed) before 2.2.0 is released. Problem last seen in 2.1.131.
