isdnctrl dial ippp0 should work.

NEW: isdnctrl dialmode <ifname> off|manual|auto
off - for maintance, no dialin no dialout manual or on - dialin normal dialout only with "isdnctrl dial" command no autohangup (default) auto - dial on demand
