SubjectRE: Linux (free s/w) support
Date
All,
I don't even touch the keyboard for Digital StrongARM customers unless
they're going to buy 1000's of chips. For Linux I hack at 3am. Don't
underestimate the power of creative anarchy. Also, there are a lot of
Linux support specialists, large and small and most of the commercial
Linux suppliers offer varying degrees of support depending on your
ability to pay. What you are describing as support is the need for
customers to shout at someone when things go wrong (it does't matter
who).

Dave
