Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't Caldera, RedHat et al. do that kind of thing for their customers? That's part of what you're paying for when you buy the distribution, especially the high-end server stuff like OpenLinux Deluxe, isn't it?
If they don't, does anyone fancy setting up a commercial venture for offering such support contracts?
