SubjectOdd arp stuff with 2.1.35

Hi,

I've been getting quite a number of these with 2.1.35. I'll look
into causes, but I haven't really been reading this list for the
past couple of weeks, so I may have missed the fix.

System is: P120, NE2000 Clone, 64Mb, 3Gb Quantum Fireball EIDE, RH4.1
Only kernel patch applied is my own custom radio patch, mentioned here
about 3 weeks ago.
