	OK, my hardware/software configuration is widely known here now :) So, here 
we are. 2.0.20 (not stripped down, just my working kernel), three seconds
after PPP connection with provider went up, during ip-up script (pretty
minimal). No any system load, as far as I can conclude from logs.
