Got the following when attempting to compile modular seagate support for 1.3.81 after applying .81 patch to working .80 tree.
Has anybody else seen this, or have I screwed the patch ?
make[2]: Entering directory /usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi' gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O6 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strength-reduce -pipe -m486 -DCPU=486 -DMODULE -DMODVERSIONS -include /usr/src/linux/include/linux/modversions.h -DOVERRIDE=0xC8000 -DIRQ=5 -DCONTROLLER=FD -DARBITRATE -DSLOW_HANDSHAKE -DFAST32 -c seagate.c seagate.c: In function Seagate_st0x_biosparam': seagate.c:1640: warning: Sectors' might be used uninitialized in this function seagate.c:1641: warning: Capacity' might be used uninitialized in this function seagate.c:1745: warning: control reaches end of non-void function seagate.c: At top level: seagate.c:1747: parse error before Return' make[2]: *** [seagate.o] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory /usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi'
Cheers,
