If compressed cluster was overwritten as normal cluster, compr_saved_block value
won't be decreased, is it fine?

Ditto, if we disable compressed file via f2fs_disable_compressed_file(),
compr_new_inode value won't be decreased correctly.

If there is no problem, it needs to add description to indicate it won't be
aware of decrease of saved/written blocks or compressed inode number.
