Subject[PATCH] KVM: VMX: Add a wrapper for reading INVPCID/INVEPT/INVVPID type
From
Add a common helper function to read invalidation type specified by a
trapped INVPCID/INVEPT/INVVPID instruction.

Add a symbol constant for max INVPCID type.

No functional change intended.
