Subject[PATCH v2 1/1] libnvdimm: make sure EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL(nvdimm_flush) close to its function

Move EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL(nvdimm_flush) close to nvdimm_flush(), currently
it's near to generic_nvdimm_flush().
