It was my fault.

First time when I sent with I did not see anything for
like 20 minutes or so. I thought that things went wrong. So, I applied
git send-email another time for v38. Over hours both came to LKML as
can be seen from here:

I'll try to sort out account thing asap. Already sent my
key for the 2nd time to albeit my PGP skills are
not good enough to check whether the signatures for my key are
