Subject[PATCH v2 07/29] docs: filesystems: convert cifs/cifsroot.txt to ReST
Date
- Add a SPDX header;
- Adjust document title;
- Some whitespace fixes and new line breaks;
- Mark literal blocks as such;
- Add it to filesystems/index.rst.
