Subject[PATCH 01/15] powerpc/watchpoint: Rename current DAWR macros

Future Power architecture is introducing second DAWR. Rename current
DAWR macros as:
s/SPRN_DAWR/SPRN_DAWR0/
s/SPRN_DAWRX/SPRN_DAWRX0/
