Subject[PATCH] nvmem: mxs-ocotp: Use devm_add_action_or_reset() for cleanup

Use devm_add_action_or_reset() for cleanup to call clk_unprepare(),
which can simplify the error handling in .probe, and .remove callback
can be dropped.
