Subject[tip: timers/core] lib/vdso: Move VCLOCK_TIMENS to vdso_clock_modes

lib/vdso: Move VCLOCK_TIMENS to vdso_clock_modes

Move the time namespace indicator clock mode to the other ones for
consistency sake.
