    nit: I found the name of this struct to be confusing (hyp_pgtable),
    since there's also
    arch/arm64/kvm/mmu.c:25:static struct kvm_pgtable *hyp_pgtable;
    which has the same name, but is a pointer to the hyp page table before
    being swapped out in favor of this one.
