Subject[PATCH 5/5] media: uapi: move H264 stateless controls out of staging
Date
The H264 stateless control class is ready to be part
of the stable uAPI.

The control IDs and types are re-numbered and moved
to a newly created stateless control class, and
a new documentation section is created.
