According to checkpatch: EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo); should immediately follow its
function/variable.

This patch fixes the following checkpatch.pl issues in drivers/char/misc.c:
WARNING: EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo); should immediately follow its function/variable
