Ah, apparently I didn't make this clear enough in the PR message: Arnd, Jens, and I aligned the three PRs wrt to the syscall numbers to minimize merge conflicts. 424 for this one and 425-427 for Jens' io_uring syscalls. There will still be a minor conflict resulting from this that hopefully should be easy to fix. I hope that's ok.
