The cache attributes are not discoverable, so we need to define the
attributes in the device tree for L1/L2.

Commit a8d4636f96ad075dc6d6af182b3de0b5498dc301
("arm64: cacheinfo: Remove CCSIDR-based cache information probing")
removed mechanism to extract cache information based on CCSIDR register.
