To prevent 3.0V or 3.3V clear the corresponding capabilities bits. There
are DT bindings for overriding the capabilities.

To use only 1.8V signaling clear SDHCI_SIGNALING_330 from host->flags.

Then you shouldn't need sdhci_snps_set_power().
