SubjectRe: [PATCH for 4.16 00/11] membarrier updates for 4.16

Hi,

Find below the interdiff of the (minor) edits I've done to the series, before
applying them to tip:sched/urgent.

I've also tidied up some of the changelogs.

Nothing earth-shattering.

Thanks,

Ingo
