Subject[PATCH 3/5] x86/ibrs: Add direct access support for MSR_IA32_SPEC_CTRL
Date
Add direct access to MSR_IA32_SPEC_CTRL from a guest. Also save/restore
IBRS values during exits and guest resume path.

Rebasing based on Tim's patch
