Hi!
I got this today:
[ 841.056790] mmap: chromium (4142): VmData 2161451008 exceed data ulimit 2147483647. Update limits or use boot option ignore_rlimit_data.
Normally chromium works well for me... but I only got x220 few days ago. 32-bit kernel on 6GiB 64-bit thinkpad X220...
In shell, I don't have the limit set:
pavel@duo:~$ ulimit -a core file size (blocks, -c) 8192 data seg size (kbytes, -d) unlimited scheduling priority (-e) 0 file size (blocks, -f) unlimited pending signals (-i) 47589 max locked memory (kbytes, -l) 64 max memory size (kbytes, -m) unlimited open files (-n) 65536 pipe size (512 bytes, -p) 8 POSIX message queues (bytes, -q) 819200 real-time priority (-r) 0 stack size (kbytes, -s) 8192 cpu time (seconds, -t) unlimited max user processes (-u) 47589 virtual memory (kbytes, -v) unlimited file locks (-x) unlimited
I was launching chromium from gui.
Any ideas? Pavel -- (english) http://www.livejournal.com/~pavelmachek (cesky, pictures) http://atrey.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~pavel/picture/horses/blog.html [unhandled content-type:application/pgp-signature] | |
