If you build this with W=1 it will give you warnings about using a
unit address without its corresponding reg field.

You could just drop the @x.

Documentation/devicetree/bindings/display/panel/panel-lvds.txt says"

"- compatible: Shall contain "panel-lvds" in addition to a mandatory
