Commit e7f4dc3536a4 ("mdio: Move allocation of interrupts into core") removed the only use of the 'i' variable from ltq_etop_mdio_init() but left the variable declaration behind, leading to the following compiler warning:
drivers/net/ethernet/lantiq_etop.c: In function 'ltq_etop_mdio_init': drivers/net/ethernet/lantiq_etop.c:414:6: warning: unused variable 'i' [-Wunused-variable] int i; ^
Fix this by removing the declaration of the 'i' variable.
