If there's too long a delay, the outcome is missing the refresh cycle,
right? Hmmm... yeah, WQ_HIGHPRI probably is the right answer here.
Bhaktipriya, can you please update the patch to use a dedicated
workqueue with WQ_HIGHPRI?
