Subject[PATCH] mm/vmalloc: reuse PAGE_ALIGNED to check PAGE_SIZE aligned

we have defined PAGE_ALIGNED in mm.h, so let's use it instead of
IS_ALIGNED for checking PAGE_SIZE aligned case.
