Hi Ingo,
Please consider pulling these 'perf report/top --hierarchy' fixes into perf/urgent, they don't fix segfaults, just some oddities in scrolling, etc.
If you think it is too late in the 4.9-rc window, then please pull it instead into perf/core, I did the build/test/container tests for both branches.
