Yeah, but I think it's done already. Although I haven't tested it yet:

[root@localhost ~]# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state0/name
POLL
[root@localhost ~]#

This is installed by drivers/cpuidle/driver.c:poll_idle_init().
