signal.c defines the function sys32_x32_rt_sigreturn, which is used in this file and some assembly. So add a prototype for the function.
This eliminates the following warning: arch/x86/kernel/signal.c:784:17: warning: no previous prototype for ‘sys32_x32_rt_sigreturn’ [-Wmissing-prototypes]
