Subject[PATCH] ath9k: Delete an unnecessary check before the function call "relay_close"
    From: Markus Elfring <elfring@users.sourceforge.net>
    Date: Wed, 4 Feb 2015 18:48:28 +0100

The relay_close() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then
returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
