Note: the linux-review/Jian-Zhou/KVM-X86-Add-arrays-to-save-restore-LBR-MSRs/20151023-172601 HEAD d402c03a709c1dff60e2800becbafaf3b2d86dcd builds fine.
It only hurts bisectibility.
